I am writing this post mainly to see if the pinging is working. Seems my last post was not pinged. You can check it out when you get to the page on my water filter blog.

Water Cure, what is this? What does any of this have to do with a water filter? First lets establish how important drinking enough water. In the words of the author of Water Cure:
"I am a researcher. I have researched dehydration for the past 20 years. When I discovered that the solution to most of the disease conditions of our society is not a money maker, I decided to take my information to the public.
My research revealed that unintentional dehydration produces stress, chronic pains and many degenerative diseases..." Fereydoon Batamanghelidj, M.D.
So now the questions comes? What kind of water? Up until the time I read Water Cure I was willy-nilly drinking water mostly from my R.O. water filter and bottled water at work (it was free). Dr. B. says a lot in his book , mainly that dehydration is a key element in almost any disease. It's worth checking out his website.
I still have my R.O. water filter, but I add Celtic Sea Salt. Dr. B recommends sea salt, but celtic sea salt has all the minerals intact, which is what the body needs.
However, I will be investing in an Aquasana water filter because it leaves the good minerals in the water. They have a really good counter top one for $99 or less, but I want to get the under counter one with all the bells and whistles.
I found 3 sites that have them on sale click on water filter to check them. Several of these or one at least, if I remember correctly has a free shipping sale right now.
To be honest, I was just at the water cure website and was reminded of how important it is to drink enough of the right water. It's interesting because I chose to start this blog on water without realizing that I need this info or refresher info myself right now!
I will be writing more soon...Go drink some water. Read my other post about the sea salt, come back to visit.
